About me. What a broad topic to cover! But what should I tell you? Perhaps that my name is Amanda Ryan and I’m a Senior at CDO. Or maybe that I’m a born Tucsonan, or that I’m 17. I could tell you which classes I’m taking. I could even mention that I once wanted to be an astronaut, a paleontologist, a marine biologist. I suppose I could tell you many things. But perhaps the most important things are the things I love.

I have always thought that I’m a person of many passions. Traveling, skiing, photography, filming, hiking, learning, drawing, volunteering, reading, exploring, meeting people, creating things. All these things dazzle my imagination and inspire me to do more.

But hmmmm… what else is there that you’d like to know? Maybe something about my future? I am headed to college, and although I don’t currently know which college that might be, I am excited for any one I get into. I might major in Biology, or Psychology, or perhaps something else. And while I cannot tell you for certain, there is one thing that I do know. This year is going to be amazing.
